Address Creek Harbour, Dubai

My stay at Address Creek Harbour was wonderful. The location is stunning with amazing views of the city skyline from the promenade. The service was warm and attentive, with special thanks to Mr. Dennis for his really good help. However, I did find the A/C and lighting controls a bit tricky to manage at times.

I had an overall wonderful stay at Address Creek Harbour, with really good service and luxurious amenities. The staff remembered me from my previous visit, which made my experience feel personal and welcoming. However, I did face some minor issues with the key touchpad and bathroom door during my stay, which were somewhat disruptive.

The view from my room was stunning, and the Club Lounge exceeded my expectations with its excellent service and high-quality selection. However, I faced some noise issues initially that disrupted my sleep, but the staff was quick to assist with a room change, making my stay much more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with room for improvement in some areas.

While the pool closed early at 7pm, the manager kindly extended the hours upon request. The only minor issue was the initial lack of bag assistance upon my arrival. Overall, I'd rate my experience a perfect ten.
