excellent hotel with minor issue

delicious breakfastmodern controlsuper comfy bedamazing decor
the breakfast was delicious, with various options. the room featured modern lighting controls, i found it exciting. i really like the super comfy bed. the hotel decor is also amazing.
the gym was generally fine, but i did notice a faint unpleasant smell in the women's changing room next to the pool, it did makes me wonder about the water system.

i appreciated the warm welcome and upgrade to a creek view premier room private balcony. every staff member offered really good service with genuine kindness. breakfast was a highlight with a wide selection of delicious food. the hotel had fine views with amazing service, i will come back again.
the pool area was a little noisy due to music from a neighboring hotel, it made relaxing difficult.

the breakfast was decent with a wide variety of options.
Housekeeping really failed to deliver. The coffee cups stayed dirty from check-in, even after reporting it. they promised to change them in 30 minutes, but they only brought new cups right before i checked out the next day. We even reminded them again. valet parking scratched my car's door. I am very frustrated.

the lobby had an amazing appearance. turn down service provided a special touch.
the room i got was not satisfactory. the minibar was completely empty upon arrival and wasn't restocked during my entire stay.

quiet spot with large rooms

cute toweletteshousekeeping staffwell maintained roombad behavior
the room was well maintained. housekeeping staff, like avinash, organized our things and laid out our slippers. he provided lots of water. they made cute towelettes for us sometimes, a nice touch.
noise came from the creek side. low class boats played loud music until 1 am. farid at reception had a bad behavior.
